No discount is granted for early payment.
Payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice issue date.
Penalty rate applicable starting 30 days after the issue date: 30%.
In the event of late payment, a fixed compensation of €40 will be applied for recovery costs (Article D441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
