DJ BOOTH - CARRIBEAN - 2021

Video mapping and real-time content creation for this DJ booth in the British Virgin Islands.

LED tiles were integrated into this beautiful wooden structure and addressed as video surfaces. The main challenge was finding a way to follow the complex, convoluted shapes in order to create natural and organic visual movements.

As with the stairs, 16 fully parametric generative pieces were created. These could also be synchronized with the content design of both the stairs and the pavilions through a custom OSC communication system developed to connect all devices.
