Vincent Le Moigne ("we", "our", or "us") built the Easy OSC app as a free demo application and the Easy OSC Pro app as a commercial application (one-time purchase). This SERVICE is provided by Vincent Le Moigne and is intended for use "as is".

Our applications function strictly as Open Sound Control (OSC) remotes. We respect your privacy and have designed both Easy OSC and Easy OSC Pro to be privacy-first.

To function correctly as OSC remotes, the apps require access to your device's local network (Wi-Fi). This permission is solely used to send OSC messages over your local network to your target software or hardware.

• This network activity happens entirely locally.

• We do not request or access sensitive permissions such as your camera, microphone, or contacts.

• No data or usage statistics are transmitted over the internet to us or any external servers.

 

4. Third-Party Services and Payments

 

The apps do not contain any third-party analytics or advertising trackers that might collect your data.

For the commercial version (Easy OSC Pro), we use Google Play Billing to handle the one-time purchase. All payment processing is managed securely by Google Play. We do not collect, process, or have access to your payment information or financial details (such as your credit card number). Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your payment data.

Our Services are designed to be safe and are suitable for users of all ages, including children. Because our applications do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data from any user, we inherently do not collect any personally identifiable information from children.
